It was during “Want You” Concert in 2007. Since it happens years ago, this is all I can find until now. It’s not very detail but it explains the reason.
BIGBANG received hate letters saying they were ugly and don’t deserve to be an idol. At that concert, TOP read out one of the letter and he can’t hold his tears anymore.
