You need to find his official account named “G-DRAGON(EN)”. From the official account, you need to go to “Select country” and choose “United States”. There you will find him chatting in English although it might be later than the Korean and Chinese one ^^

Actually, I don’t know when he’ll be back in Seoul. I never know any flight schedule of the boys ^^;; I think you need to ask from the Korean fansites of GD since they’re the one who are always at the airport and taking picture of him ^^
